The abbreviation TISE stands for individual construction technology and savings, speaks for itself. Many years of experience of engineers allows us to assert that in order to achieve a high-quality result - reliable and warm walls - it is not at all necessary to acquire expensive and "eternal" materials, it is enough to organize the space inside the wall. After all, the walls of a house are one of the most expensive and voluminous parts of it. They use a lot of material, and it is not their cost that is decisive, but the correct application.
TISE technology
The very idea of this method is quite simple, but original - the walls are erected on site by filling and rearranging the formwork. In this case, no underlying layer of the solution is required, since the liquid (wet) mixture is combined with the previous layer, forming a monolithic connection. This process can be called in situ block molding.
Wall blocks consist of walls and air vents, which serve as the main heat insulator. The ratio of the thickness of the structural material to the air gap is approximately 1: 4. At the same time, it is possible to fill the sinuses with any heat-insulating material - slag, sawdust, dry clay or a solution with a foam ball.

The sizes of the blocks are designed on the basis of existing brick standards - 1 brick for TISE-2 and 1.5 bricks for TISE-3, so their application fits into any project. The advantage over the usual hollow cinder block is that the TISE blocks have inclined metal rods made of wire, laid down at the time of forming. This reinforcement, coupled with the masonry mesh, provides a bond sufficient for the construction of walls in 2 (TISE-2) and 3 floors (TISE-3).
TISE formwork
Block molds are designed taking into account the convenience of the operator and the speed of construction. Significant time savings (3 times faster) is achieved due to the fact that the block is simultaneously formed and mounted in the design position, and then dries in natural conditions. This is an advantageous solution, considering that to use a cinder block, it must be manufactured at the factory, delivered, lifted to the workplace and placed on a prepared solution. In addition, the quality of "factory" cinder blocks is often highly questionable.
The form itself is made of simple elements - steel plates and corners, this allows it to be repaired and modernized in accordance with the needs of a particular object. With sufficient skill, such a formwork can be made independently. The principle of "in-place" molding from a dense solution does not require the installation of a vibration motor, which allows building walls of a house in areas not connected to the power grid.

It is noteworthy that TISE formwork can be used for the production of individual blocks at home. The material for the solution can be literally any solution:
- sawdust concrete, wood concrete;
- slag solution;
- "Concrete on a seed" (fine gravel of fraction 1-5);
- cement mortar with fiber (for extra strong blocks of the first floor);
- clay-cement mixture with sawdust and others.
In this case, the vibration motor can be used if the technology requires it, since the machine will be stationary and not mobile.
Another feature of this technology is the absence of a transverse rib connecting the block walls. This means that the cold bridge is broken and there are no temperature changes inside the wall.
The operating principle of TISE-2 and TISE-3 formwork
The working operation of block forming almost completely repeats the procedure for making blocks on home-made or factory machines. The material for the blocks is a hard dryish mortar of any combination given above.
Progress:
- Moisten the contact surface with water.
- Set the shape to the initial position of the first block (at an angle).
- Insert cross bars.
- Install void limiters (cubes).
- Install a longitudinal bar to hold the cubes.
- Lay the mixture in 2-3 stages, carefully, but without undue effort, ramming each layer.
- Install the release frame (included).
- Remove the longitudinal retainer (rod).
- Using the special lever (included), remove the cubes from the formwork.
- Holding the release frame, remove the formwork walls.
- Lay plastic road mesh every 3–4 rows. The gap between the blocks is 10 mm.
When erecting walls with TISE-3 formwork, reinforcement with flexible basalt rods is provided, the laying of which is made between stages 6 and 7. Otherwise, the operations for TISE-2 and TISE-3 forms are the same. The whole process, excluding the preparation time of the solution, takes 5–7 minutes with an average level and less than 5 minutes with a developed skill.
It is advisable to wipe the vertical joints between the blocks with a wet solution before it completely hardens - at the end of the working day. Then the bunch of blocks will be the best.
Advantages of walls using TISE technology
The described method of building walls has a number of advantages and is rightfully called "folk":
- Monolithic construction of the finished box, provided that blocks are created in place.
- Ease of installation and formwork operations. The technology is intuitive.
- Thermal insulation. Insulation layer thickness - 180 mm. The wall of TISE-3 with cavities filled with expanded clay is equal in terms of thermal insulation to a brick wall 1.5 meters thick, and filled with penoizol - 3 meters.
- The ability to use improvised material for the manufacture of quality blocks.
- No advanced professional skill required.

Disadvantages of TISE:
- Relatively slow wall erection, compared to the laying of finished blocks. This is due to the fact that the block is created in place "from scratch" and operations for its formation are added.
- Raw block instability. This is a conditional drawback - a newly created block can be easily damaged or deformed. However, for an attentive and accurate master, this will not be a problem.
Construction cost using TISE technology
Material consumption per 1 sq. m wall TISE-3:
- Cement - 90 kg.
- Sand - 280 kg.
- Insulation - 0.18 cubic meters m.
- Embedded parts (mesh, staples) - for 2-3 cu. e.
If you do not take into account the cost of the components of the mixture, which will vary greatly depending on the area, the availability of your own materials and the selected composition of the mixture, the cost of the walls will be very low.
TISE formwork cost:
- TISE-1 - $ 70 e.
- TISE-2 - 75 USD e.
- TISE-3 - $ 80 e.
In total, the final cost of the finished insulated load-bearing wall is about 23 USD. e.
The presented technology is one of the most environmentally friendly of those on the market today. It is notable for the fact that it saves natural resources, excludes brick and cinder block factories from the production of finished walls.
