How MLK works
Recently, especially in the North-West region, there has been an increase in the supply of substandard materials to facilities that do not correspond to those declared in the passport or certificate.
It is well known that poor-quality concrete during the construction of a residential building in the future may affect the health of people living in it. But it takes time to track the quality of concrete, which sometimes construction organizations do not have. Samples must be sent to a stationary laboratory, which is most often located remotely.
Therefore, taking these factors into account, NP SRO StroyRegion decided to follow the path of innovative development and, on the basis of our Partnerships, create Mobile Mobile Laboratories. At the request of our partners, we will carry out the incoming inspection control of concrete and other building materials at the facilities of our city using the direct impact method.
Since we strictly adhere to the principles of non-commercialization in our activities, the work of MLK is carried out at the expense of the membership fees of the Partnership.
The project has already started in December. Six vehicles are equipped with equipment, which makes it possible in a test mode and in the shortest possible time to determine the quality of building materials (cement-containing mixtures, mortars, adhesive compounds).
How MLK works
If during the construction of an object, our member of the Partnership has doubts about the quality of imported building materials, he, by submitting an application to NP "StroyRegion", can protect himself from violations.
This applies to both inconsistencies in the type of cement-containing and chemical elements (eg ammonia) that are used in bad faith as frost-resistant shrinkage, which violates quality rights.
We conduct a thorough check of the input materials and make an official conclusion on the quality of the materials declared in the certificate or passport.
