It is almost impossible to imagine a modern interior without television, audio and video equipment. The same TV has firmly taken its place in the hierarchical structure of our home. For many years he stood peacefully in the center of the room, and apart from proper work, no special requirements were imposed on him. But in recent years, the situation has begun to change, and the reason for this change is style. I must say that such a concept as the style of household appliances came to us slowly and with a creak. And yet it happened: audio and video equipment has ceased to be the necessity that, from the point of view of design, fits into the interior with great difficulty and which you always have to put up with. Many of the latest TVs and stereos are now design masterpieces in their own right. Well, and stands, stands, which in the recent past did not differ in particular variety, are also not ignored by high-level designers. According to the new concept, equipment and furniture for it should form not only functional, but also aesthetic unity. Why is it important? Because style is what develops taste and what testifies to a certain level and quality of life.

Obviously, modern sparkling high-tech video or audio equipment should look different in an Empire-style living room and in a high-tech living room. It is not difficult to fit it into modern interior styles, especially since a wide selection contributes to this. Minimalism is characterized by openness. If a wardrobe, then these are just wooden shelves, and our hero is on one of these shelves. The combination with high-tech style with its glass and metal is even more natural. The most interesting shapes can be found here. Racks similar to a rail set "on the priest", with a strung TV, video, shelf for cassettes. Or an open cabinet on wheels, in the center of which a TV is mysteriously hidden behind black doors. The doors not only open, but also slide inside the cabinet, and the TV, going to the foreground, on the contrary, extends and pivots in the desired direction. It is more difficult with a classic interior (Empire, Baroque, English): a silvery clear handsome man on a curly Empire curbstone will look inorganic. Designers suggest hiding it or resorting to furniture in the appropriate style. For example, there is furniture with a classic appearance and a purely functional modern filling: outside there are small office drawers, but in fact it turns out that this is a single panel for video cassettes. Or an elegant chest of drawers with Panasonic hidden behind retractable doors.there is furniture with a classic appearance and a purely functional modern filling: outside there are small office drawers, but in reality it turns out that this is a single panel for video cassettes. Elegant design is a distinctive feature of modern equipment, sometimes no less important than the technical and functional components. The equipment not only harmonizes with pieces of furniture, wall decoration, curtains, but also becomes an element of decor, a kind of zest, dominant of the interior. For example, a music center of a completely non-standard shape, which implies its vertical position and fastening to the wall. All the filling is hidden by the front panel made of transparent plastic. The panel is highlighted whether you are currently listening to music or not. Moreover, the soft intimate light flows from pink to green, from blue to yellow. Of course, such an instance will become that bright "spot" in the room, which will add sophistication and, if you like, individuality to the interior. The use of natural wood in the decoration of the speakers gives the technique sophistication, luxury and style orientation to the classics. And the extravagant configurations of the avant-garde models in metallic silver are the most striking style accent that is often lacking in cold high-tech interiors.

Today luxury must be combined with practicality. Therefore, the materials from which furniture for television, audio and video equipment is made are distinguished by high quality and manufacturability of processing: elegant-looking glass racks can withstand a weight of up to several tens of kilograms. Some firms use natural stone, quartz glass and precision machined metal. Processed glass is generally very popular for this quality. It can be transparent, showing the "architecture" of the rack, or matte. If your eye is tired of hi-tech and minimalist aesthetics, you can return to the good old days at any time: these are coasters made of expensive wood - cherry, walnut.

We offer you non-standard solutions for the placement of television, audio and video equipment.

Modern large TV sets, audio and video systems with all their wires often do not fit into standard furniture. If you put a rack with video equipment in the very corner of the room, the unaesthetic electric wires will "hide" there and will be practically invisible.

You can do without a shelf by purchasing an angled TV stand.

A good option is to place the equipment available in the house on hanging shelves.

In a small room, it is advisable to install all the equipment on special brackets. The brackets are securely attached to the wall. The equipment protrudes slightly forward relative to the panel, which is made of MDF boards. How far it will be from the wall is a matter of taste. The panel, painted in a bright color, will serve as an unusual spectacular backdrop for the equipment and will help to unite all objects into a coherent ensemble. On the sides of the panel, we advise you to provide shelves for videotapes and CDs.

If the room combines several functional areas, a mobile console table for TV on roller supports, which easily moves from the "bedroom" area to the "living room" area, can become a convenient option. To keep the TV on track, the roller stands slide along an aluminum rail that is screwed to the wall.

Our equipment acquires complete "freedom of movement" when it finds itself on completely mobile structures with roller supports. This design can be in the form of a rack or a bedside table.

In cases where the owners do not want to make the equipment the dominant feature of the interior, you can resort to curtains designed for … shower. With a slight movement of the hand, the equipment rack disappears behind the curtains.

If you can afford to buy two TVs, then the kitchen is the most suitable place for one of them. For fragmentary viewing in the kitchen, it is convenient to place the TV on a special bracket that is attached to the wall. Next to modern kitchen equipment, where there is a lot of metal, such brackets look very organic. Some of us love to watch TV so much that we even put it in the bedroom to lie in bed to watch something for the coming sleep. Let's say right away that this is not just an erroneous, but in every sense a harmful approach. Experts believe that it is better not to put electronic equipment in the room where you sleep, as it gives off harmful radiation. And the interior of the bedroom is unlikely to benefit from the presence of a TV, even in a color or white case, especially if the room is decorated in a romantic style. But if, nevertheless, there is no strength to refuse such pleasure, it is advisable to hide the TV in a closet, behind a screen or a curtain specially made to match the rest of the interior of the room.

Psychologists note the relationship between the size and space of a room and the "physiological" need of its inhabitants to watch television. It turns out that in rooms the area of which is below the permissible, psychologically comfortable standards, the TV is turned on almost constantly. This is due to the fact that the TV screen creates the illusion of spaciousness, disguises the tightness of the room, like a fire in a fireplace, an aquarium with floating fish or a picturesque landscape outside the window. So with the help of an ordinary TV, putting it in the right place, you can weaken the negative qualities of the room and emphasize its dignity.
